I have been involved in the opening and operations of a diverse portfolio of world-class attractions such as Melbourne Aquarium, Dubai Aquarium & Underwater Zoo, The Green Planet Dubai, Yas Waterworld Abu Dhabi, Phillip Island Penguin Parade and St Louis Aquarium at Union Station.  I was also Executive Director of the zoo & aquarium consultancy firm zooOceanarium Group, managing client and operations across the globe.

A master in commercial management and guest experience, I have managed start-ups to seasoned attractions. My expertise in commercial strategy and ongoing operations has paved the way for consistent growth and success. I'm a recognised and proven people leader, adept at motivating and inspiring both internal and external stakeholders, all with a sense of fun and purpose.

I possess a wealth of knowledge and expertise in the tourism and attractions industry and have been invited to speak at conferences and received awards for innovative approaches and leadership. My active involvement in  IAAPA Asia Advisory Board and various other professional committees, reflects my commitment to shaping the industry's future. In recognition of these efforts, I'm honoured to have been featured in the Blooloop Top 50 Zoo & Aquarium Influencers for 2023.
