Developing operational cost & revenue modeling for the Twelves Apostles Visitor Centre.

Developed and implemented pricing review for all tourism experiences at Phillip Island Nature Parks (product pricing, tour operator commissions and product offering), establishing higher yield and revenue despite decreased capacity. Within one year post-pandemic, the Nature Parks was again financially sustainable. As General Manager for Tourism I was accountable for the tourism portfolio P&L, with over $15m in revenue yearly.

Whilst Executive Director for zoOceanarium Group, I developed & managed company and client P&L/ budgets with revenue of over $40 million. This including establishing pre-opening budgets outlining costs and projected attendance.
